It is a cottage situated at the outskirts of the village of Calonge (Baix Empordà) in a quiet environment between forests and fields and at only 3 km from the beach. The cottage is formed by two different buildings from the 19th century : the main building with three independent lodgings and an individual house. The space sorrounding the cottage is big, for both every individual lodging and the community as a whole, where you can also find an entertainment area with goalposts and a swimming pool (12 x 6 m.)
The main house is formed by two independent lodgings that share the hall and a room next to it, where there is a table tennis. There is a small threshing-floor at the entrance. Next to the house, in a lower level, there is a big entertainment area with garden tables and chairs at the shade of magnificient plane trees.
A staircase takes us to the first floor where we can find the lodging, arranged in just one floor. There is a spacious living/dining room with a big table, armchairs and a kitchen with a washing machine, a stove, a gas oven, a fridge ... There are two double rooms with double beds, a room with three single beds, two bathrooms one with a bath and the other with a shower. It has been decorated with antique furniture and has got its own central heating. |
