It is a cottage situated at the outskirts of the village of Calonge (Baix Empordà) in a quiet environment between forests and fields and at only 3 km from the beach. The cottage is formed by two different buildings from the 19th century : the main building with three independent lodgings and an individual house. The space sorrounding the cottage is big, for both every individual lodging and the community as a whole, where you can also find an entertainment area with goalposts and a swimming pool (12 x 6 m.)
The main house is formed by two independent lodgings that share the hall and a room next to it, where there is a table tennis. There is a small threshing-floor at the entrance. Next to the house, in a lower level, there is a big entertainment area with garden tables and chairs at the shade of magnificient plane trees.
Two steps take us to the entrance of the lodging built in two levels. On the first level there is a living room and on the second a dining room and the kitchen (washing machine, fridge, stove and gas oven). There is also a double room with single beds, a bathroom and a double room with a double bed. It has got its own central heating and it is decorated with antique furniture.
