It is a cottage situated at the outskirts of the village of Calonge (Baix Empordà) in a quiet environment between forests and fields and at only 3 km from the beach. The cottage is formed by two different buildings from the 19th century : the main building with three independent lodgings and an individual house. The space sorrounding the cottage is big, for both every individual lodging and the community as a whole, where you can also find an entertainment area with goalposts and a swimming pool (12 x 6 m.)
Two floor independent house situated next to the main building. It has got a very big independent threshing-floor at the entrance of the house with garden tables and chairs. It is decorated with antique furniture and has got its own central heating.
On the first floor there is a living room with direct access from the garden , TV. Kitchen with a fridge, a stove, a gas oven, a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. On the Second Floor you can find two double rooms with double beds and two double rooms with single beds. A bathroom with a bath.
